How to rebuild master database?

Different edtion of SQL Servers have different ways to rebuild master database. For SQL Server 2000 , in the installation directory , there is a program named rebuildm.exe ,(If you can't find it , you have to find it on MS website . )you start this program and follow it's instructions to rebuild the master database .
