You can configure some extra works before or after backup job here:

Backup expiration setting : If you select this option ,backups in the destination directory will be deleted after a specified number of days , This will help you save and recycle your storage spaces .
Execute command before job : If you need do something before the job starts , please select this option and enter a valid command line or valid bat file in command field.
Execute command after job : If you need do something after the job starts , please select this option and enter a valid command line or valid bat file in command field.
