Before configuring a backup job , please

1. Ensure that Microsoft SQL Server is running on your server. The Microsoft SQL Server service must be started.

2. Start the "DataBK SQL Server Backup Agent" service and "DataBK Storage Server" service if they are not already running. These services are set to start automatically if the machine is restarted.
